As I was buying a townhouse, and due to my limited experience with body corporates, my only criticism was not being provided enough info on the body corporate as an owner-occupier. This was likely due to the seller moreso not informing either the body corporate or the resident manager (premises was tenanted) of their intention to sell the premises. If this had of been done it would have filled in many of the gaps I was still unsure of with the initial purchase process. Overall though, it was a positive experience with Gary, and I would highly recommend his services to anybody looking at buying or selling properties.
