Exceeded our expectations - a fantastic team !

The first time we met Miriam and Gary was during the first inspection of our now new home - we warmed to them straight away and felt very comfortable discussing the home and the real estate market with them. We had been searching for a bigger new home for nearly a year and met many agent during that time. Miriam and Gary negotiated our purchase and provided a level of service second to none, within a day we had bought our new home and it was without hesitation that Gary and Miriam were appointed to sell our former property. Every day Miriam responded immediately to my endless queries via text, email and phone and at any time of the day and night. Gary assisted with the staging for photos and made it present beautifully in the marketing - this man knows his stuff! Our house sold after three days on the market after the first open house for a price that exceeded our expectations (with four fantastic offers on the table). What a great team Gary and Miriam are - two agents for the price of one and this proved true time and time again. For me personally, I can not praise and thank this team enough. Miriam held my hand from the beginning to the end of our buy/sell journey, she is such a kind and genuine person. If you are looking for an agent - don't go past this duo.
