Having little experience or knowledge of the real estate market, I started by contacting a number of agencies in the area near my property. I was quite surprised to find few returned my calls or showed much interest in wanting to sell my property. Nikki was the only one who promptly returned my calls, she actually seemed enthusiastic and was quick with an inspection and valuation. Quite frankly I was a bit concerned that her initial assessment was overly optimistic, but I decided to go with JW Residential as Nikki was so much more positive and energetic than anyone else I'd spoken. Now that my property has been sold, I'm very happy to have had Nikki as my agent. She made the processes easy and painless, despite the fact that I live many hundreds of kilometers away. I'm a little slack with my communication skills, but Nikki used calls, texts and emails to ensure I was kept regularly updated. We had an offer we were willing to accept around a week after it went on the market and Nikki delt quickly and effectively with a few contract amendments needed during the settlement process. Nikki worked tirelessly and liaised effectively with the buyers, settlement agents and us, to ensure the sale went through without hiccups. In the end, Nikki achieved a price for our property that was even better than the valuation she'd originally suggested that I thought was "overly optimistic". I obviously had little clue about the property market, so I'm grateful that Nikki knew what she was doing. At the same time, the buyers also seemed pleased, so it was a win all round.
