I would like to thank Nikki and the team at JW Residential for all their help with the sale of our property. They could not have been more helpful. They fully understood our needs and requests and dealt with all in a friendly and professional manner. We are based in a different state and could not be on hand to physically see how the property presented itself or deal with the small issues that occured after the handover of the build. It was comforting to be able to trust them with the whole process to a great outcome.

We had recently bought our forever home from Nikki at JW Residential and we couldn't have ask for a better selling agent. We expected the process of buying à new home to be stressful and overwhelming but Nikki and her team have been so kind, thorough and efficient; it turned out to be such a smooth and easy process. The way Nikki presented herself to us was so welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.

Nikki not only helped me buy my dream home but she also helped me sell my two existing homes to be able to purchase the new one. So I had a LOT of dealings with Nikki over an extended period of time, and I always found her to be extremely professional, personable, genuine and great at negotiating the deals, explaining the process and keeping me well informed every step of the way. It was an absolute pleasure working with Nikki, she made everything so easy for me. Thanks heaps Nikki!

We used to Nikki to sell our port Kennedy investment and the whole process was great. The house made it onto the market within days and she sold it for a great price at the first open. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy or sell or property to get in contact with her asap. We look forward to working with her again. Thanks again Nikki.

Nikki is a very helpful and professional agent who goes out of her way to accomodate you. Her and the team are prompt, supportive and responsive to queries, even after hours. I wish we used her to sell our property as well and buying!! Would definitely recommend

Nikki explained everything to me and how the market was tracking. I was always offered home opens politely and with notice. Nikki’s feedback was welcomed. I felt like as a seller I was listened to and heard. Nikki was very professional however still friendly and understanding of how difficult this process was for me.

Extremely prompt and professional service with amazing knowledge of the current market. It's been a pleasure doing business with Nikki.

Nikki is very professional and prompt. Great communication which made the entire process smooth and seamless!

Fastest sale I could hope for at a price I wanted from photos to sale was only 3 days

Nikki and her team were great throughout the entire process. They were accomodating, transparent and thorough. Highly recommend and would definitely be using them again in the future!

Having little experience or knowledge of the real estate market, I started by contacting a number of agencies in the area near my property. I was quite surprised to find few returned my calls or showed much interest in wanting to sell my property. Nikki was the only one who promptly returned my calls, she actually seemed enthusiastic and was quick with an inspection and valuation. Quite frankly I was a bit concerned that her initial assessment was overly optimistic, but I decided to go with JW Residential as Nikki was so much more positive and energetic than anyone else I'd spoken. Now that my property has been sold, I'm very happy to have had Nikki as my agent. She made the processes easy and painless, despite the fact that I live many hundreds of kilometers away. I'm a little slack with my communication skills, but Nikki used calls, texts and emails to ensure I was kept regularly updated. We had an offer we were willing to accept around a week after it went on the market and Nikki delt quickly and effectively with a few contract amendments needed during the settlement process. Nikki worked tirelessly and liaised effectively with the buyers, settlement agents and us, to ensure the sale went through without hiccups. In the end, Nikki achieved a price for our property that was even better than the valuation she'd originally suggested that I thought was "overly optimistic". I obviously had little clue about the property market, so I'm grateful that Nikki knew what she was doing. At the same time, the buyers also seemed pleased, so it was a win all round. I have no hesitation in recommending Nikki as an outstanding real estate agent and can confirm from first-hand experience that all those glowing reviews of her out there on various internet sites are legitimate. She really is that good!

Amazing as always!!!
