Both appraisals came in at exactly the same figure with similar Marketing Proposals and costs. Geoff Oxford had successfully sold a nearby home similar to ours at a very good price so we invited him to undertake the task. We have no regrets. Geoff and his wonderful team were handicapped by the fact the VCAT had approved the construction of a two-story Apartment block with a 19 car basement car-park immediately in front of our home, impacting our Bay views. Undeterred, Geoff and his team applied themselves to the task to find that one person not fazed by the development proposal.
