Very professional and his market knowledge is outstanding of the Mornington Peninsula real estate. His communications skills are excellent, that is why we put our trust in him to sell our home and we got a good result. (No thanks to Covid 19) Thanks Geoff & Team!
Geoff was very helpful during our purchase, nothing was too much trouble.
Geoff and has brilliant team were a pleasure to work with. Geoff was very helpful and achieved a good result in a short period of time during very trying and uncertain times for the real estate. He was very straight and direct with us, but always in a light hearted and colourful way. I was impressed with his ability to always be available, return turning calls immediately. In short I would describe him as being honest and professional.
Geoff has done a great job of selling our home in just three weeks and achieving our asking price in these challenging 2020 circumstances. The marketing strategy with photos and video release were of a high standard . He and his staff showed support and professionalism throughout the process from presale interview to home inspections and final contract signing . We wish you well in the future Kind regards Chrissy and Peter Hill
Geoff and his team at Seachange property have once again secured us great results. Seachange went above and beyond to get a sale prior to Christmas, and achieved a sale price that we are very happy with. We wish you guys a great Christmas and look forward to dealing with you guys again soon.
SEACHANGE PROPERTY has delivered an outstanding job in obtaining a perfect sale for us , from early discussions with the team they stood out above the rest of the local agents and especially during these crazy times of COVID they were always happy to help. From the early inception of selling , to the closing of the deal , SEACHANGE were there to guide us thru an uphill battle of selling our family home . I would like to thank Geoff Oxford and the whole team at SEACHANGE PROPERTY for their professionalism and display of determination to sell our home for us . Thank you.
The experience was a dream come true ! A sale within 10 days a very positive outcome. Very happy vendors. Thanks
Geoff and his team, simply go over and above whats required. In particular, Geoff's attention to detail and guidance in presenting our home was part of the reason we achieved a better result than we expected. The main reason for us, is his dedication and commitment to not only us the vendor, but to the prospective purchasers by being open and transparent and above all else being available to talk to. If you want a better result than you originally hoped for, and, in under 30 days, then the best agent on the Peninsula to talk to is Geoff and the Seachange team. Thanks again.
Geoff was the standout agent from the beginning of our sale process. His and his team's level of professionalism was evident from the moment we engaged with Seachange. Undoubted market knowledge and Geoff's year of experience in the Industry contribute to his ability to give excellent advice to sellers. Follow Geoff's advice and he will exceed expectations! We achieved a record price in our area by over $200k and I can confidently say we would not have got this without Seachange. Thank you Geoff, Rob, Julie and Rebecca!
Thank you to Geoff and the Seachange Property team for all of your hard work and dedication selling out home. Geoff came highly recommended but far exceeded our expectations. From our very first meeting we knew Geoff was the perfect fit for us as an agent. His knowledge, expertise and high energy was breath of fresh air. His highly dedicated team was also there every step of the way. Nothing was too much, no question too silly. Only a friendly, cheerful and happy voice on the end of a phone. The stress of selling a family home of 20 years was made much easier having such an incredible agency holding you hand every step of the way. If you’re thinking of selling do yourself a favour and have a conversation with Geoff. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain!
