We found Geoff to be very personable, friendly and professional. Not only was his knowledge about the property (we purchased) exceptional , but his knowledge about the overall housing market on the Peninsula was as well. We also found his staff very friendly, professional and helpful. I have no hesitations whatsoever in recommending Seachange to represent anyone that I know, in the future.
From the very first time I spoke to Geoff he made dealing with Seachange and himself an absolute pleasure. There was no hard sell, no cliche's and no big noting of his Agency. Geoff's approach was like dealing with a well known friend. He knows the market and he knows and understands the purchaser and vendor's needs. (I personally bought and sold with Geoff and Seachange) Geoff and his team offer a one stop solution from presenting the house, preparing the outside areas and all with a prompt, affordable, and friendly approach by all trade persons. My house was sold promptly with the least amount of hassle or inconvenience to me, I was kept in the informed of progress. I am thrilled with the result achieved. I would have no hesitation in recommending Geoff and his team at Seachange for selling or purchasing a house .

Geoff Oxford of Seachange Property was recommended to us by friends. We are pleased to say that Geoff and the team at Seachange Property made this experience a lot easier than we were expecting. From the first meeting we were impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and their enthusiasm to ensure we got the best price possible. Geoff has a great team working for him and we met quite a few of them in our dealings and each and everyone of them were just as professional and enthusiastic as Geoff. This was a case of customer service at it's best. Selling your home is normally a very stressful experience but Geoff and the team did everything they could to make sure everything was in place and ran as smooth as clockwork. Would not hesitate to recommend Seachange Property.
I was fortunate to have dealt with several members of the Seachange team and found that their ‘straight talking’ approach enabled me to make a calculated decision. Not only was their local knowledge and enthusiasm for the area a great help but most importantly for me was the speed and efficiency that they dealt with my queries and questions. Thanks guys! Love my new home!
From the moment we decided to sell our home, Geoff's appraisal was honest and straight forward and gave us constructive feedback and advice on what we needed to do to make our home more appealing. Geoff's contacts were invaluable in preparing our home for sale and made the whole process easy. The photographers took amazing shots which highlighted the features of our home. Geoff and his team were professional and kept us in the loop at all times, and the communication was great throughout the whole sale process. We have no hesitation in recommending Geoff and the Seachange Property team to any of our friends and colleagues.
Geoff’s obvious knowledge of the market, local area and actual building/property was impressive. A knowledgeable straight shooter, Geoff was great to deal with when we purchased our new home.
Geoff and the team have been terrific at: explaining every stage of the process getting everything organised for the listing was thorough and I liked that we could provide input. regular feedback was important to us and the team was responsive and always positive. Online presentation is second to none. Geoff and the team does an excellent job representing properties they list. I would be happy to use Seachange again.
