Geoff Oxford provided a very professional and accommodating level of service which led to the property purchased through sea change properties. His communication and facilitation of requests was very good and his local property knowledge was both accurate and appropriate facilitating our purchase . The purchase experience with Geoff has been a very happy one and I have no hesitation in recommending his expertise in helping to ensure a sale or purchase in Fingal . We will be happy to work with him again.

Geoff Oxford is in a league of his own. He's enthusiastic, professional and hard working. He has surrounded himself with a team of like minded professionals including tradespersons, stylists, photographers, script writers and legal advisers so that every aspect of the sales campaign is effortlessly synchronised. He sold our property quickly and at a good price to exactly the right couple, which is another of his qualities – the ability to match his substantial client base to the perfect home for them. We then retained Geoff to act as our buyer’s advocate and we can’t even describe how good he was and how good it felt to have the anxiety of negotiating the purchase taken out of our hands. Within 24 hours Geoff had negotiated the purchase of our next dream home. We’re thrilled. Geoff is worth more than every cent of his commission; he is worth his weight in gold.

We were so impressed with Geoff and his team at Seachange and would highly recommend him to anyone who is selling their house. From the moment we met Geoff he was so professional in his approach and had excellent market knowledge. With his past experience as a builder he was able to identify immediately the things we needed to do to get our house market ready. He has a team of trades people who can help with anything you need done. Everything we needed painted or fixed was done in a week and by professional trades people. Our house was professionally presented and was sold in one week. We would not hesitate to use Seachange again.

I have bought and sold a number of properties over the last 40 years and know a number of people who have used Geoff's services. Geoff is the most outstanding agent I have ever engaged. He has an extraordinarily strong and detailed understanding of the property market on the Mornington Peninsula. He also possesses exceptional people skills demonstrating empathy and understanding for his clients as they move through the sales process. Geoff is also the best negotiator I have ever met. He has the rare ability to achieve a sale price that I suspect other agents could not achieve by adopting a professional, informed, emphatic approach that is respected by those who buy and sell property through Geoff. He is also extremely hard-working; what Geoff promises his clients he delivers on very promptly. No request was too difficult and he was always available if I felt a need to consult or communicate with him. I also believe that he has increased the median selling price in my suburb over the last 12 months because of the approach adopted by Geoff and the entire Seachange Property team. Any person looking to buy or sell property on the Mornington Peninsula should commence their process by consulting with Geoff and the team at Seachange Property,

Having spent the better part of 30 years in the property industry, I've met & dealt with numerous real estate agents. But I don't think I've dealt with a more professional, knowledgable and enthusiastic agent than Geoff. Geoff's understanding of the market, coupled with his ability to position a property in a way that maximises the prospect of attracting attention is first class. And in this digital world, Geoff's understanding of the power of social media in any advertising campaign is streets ahead of most agents. We highly recommend Geoff, and his team. In our view, there's no better agent on the Mornington Peninsula.

I have dealt with Geoff on many occasions in both buying and selling and he has come up with the goods once again on the sale of this townhouse! He knew what price I wanted from the beginning and he achieved that. I am a very happy vendor and I cannot recommend Geoff and his team highly enough!

My experience with Geoff and the team at Seachange was positive from our first meeting. Given our home was newly built Geoff and Rob took the time to understand the build, concepts of design and evaluate the high level of finishes throughout the home. With Geoff's extensive building knowledge, it was comforting to know he understood the layout, positioning and build to provide extensive understanding and advice of the new home to prospective purchasers. Communication before, during and after the sale was always prompt and supportive. Knowledgeable administration staff complement the sales process giving an excellent depth to any questions/answers that may arise during the listing. Highly recommend Geoff's warm, friendly and energetic personality to sell your home today.

We looked at 210 - 214 Dundas Street Rye and fell in love with the property straight away. However Geoff helped answer all our questions in our first, quick meeting and viewing of the property. From day one to signing the papers, nothing was a problem. He answered emailed, texts and phone calls straight away, even when he was away. Geoff thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we are looking forward to our 'Sea change', that bottle of champagne with you and many fun afternoons on the beach....Alex and Ben

We would like to thank Geoff, Abby and the team at Seachange Property for the amazing work they did when selling our house. From the moment that Geoff walked into our home we were filled with absolute confidence that he would work hard to achieve the best result for our family. Through the process Geoff was totally transparent and we always knew exactly where we stood. Geoff’s knowledge and experience is second to none and we could not thank him enough for all his efforts. We would highly recommend using Geoff and the team at Seachange for all your realestate needs.

Geoff was a breath of fresh air from the very first meeting. He stood out from all the other agents for his detailed marketing strategy, knowledge of the local area and professionalism, we were very impressed. He gave just the right amount of 'brutal truth' I asked for in preparing our house for sale and during our marketing campaign. He gave us such sound advice not only on our property but also on tactics for purchasing our new home when we got stuck in a bidding war. He achieved a fantastic price for our property, I highly recommend him.
