The team at Seachange Property, with Geoff Oxford at the helm, were absolutely faultless in their endeavour to find a buyer for our property. Our property was only ever going to attract a particular group of buyers, having 2 very large sheds on the land. So only buyers with a particular need for those sheds would have shown an interest. The advertising campaign and the quality of the advertising were second to none. The team at Seachange Property including Geoff, Dave, Rob, Rebecca, Julie and a ‘big shout out’ to Chris were fantastic with their motivation, communication and feedback. During the sale campaign the team boosted the business potential of our property which resulted in more interest from potential buyers. I met Geoff through a mutual friend , possibly the best thing that happened in 2017. We had previously tried to sell our properties with another agent with no discernible enquires or results . Geoff was helpful and supportive, giving advice and using strategies that other local agents didn’t in their poor attempt to sell my land.
