I checked out his track record prior to engaging his services and although he has a reasonably short history as an agent, he has achieved a lot. All of the local agents that I consulted were stuck on a sale price of between $1,000.000.00 & $1,100.000.00. I felt that my property was worth much more than that and Geoff agreed. I engaged Geoff in late 2015 to secure a development site after recognising I had no time to do it myself running my own construction company. Geoff demonstrated a great enthusiasm for the local market along with market knowledge and development experience in his own rite. Whilst I consider the fist two a given in an agent, the development experience is something I consider essential and have most agents do not have this knowledge.
