George was courteous, personal, keen and thorough. He kept buyers coming through the property throughout the marketing period and provided me with regular reports. The ultimate recommendation I can give for George is the price on the day. I was over the moon with the price and would thoroughly recommend him. The one caution I would make is around the commission. The company has a strategy called "performance based commission" which means you sign the contract for a range from X% to Y% to be determined on the day. While I originally only signed up for the basic commission rate, on the day of the auction I found myself under pressure from George's business partner to increase the commission. This was distressing for me.
I have engaged George on three separate occasions in the past 4 years, twice for buying and once for selling a property and I only have praise for his professionalism, customer service and integrity. George is extremely knowledgeable, energetic, reliable and resourceful. George has always been proactive and very motivated.
