George was courteous, personal, keen and thorough. He kept buyers coming through the property throughout the marketing period and provided me with regular reports. The ultimate recommendation I can give for George is the price on the day. I was over the moon with the price and would thoroughly recommend him. The one caution I would make is around the commission. The company has a strategy called "performance based commission" which means you sign the contract for a range from X% to Y% to be determined on the day. While I originally only signed up for the basic commission rate, on the day of the auction I found myself under pressure from George's business partner to increase the commission. This was distressing for me.

I have engaged George on three separate occasions in the past 4 years, twice for buying and once for selling a property and I only have praise for his professionalism, customer service and integrity. George is extremely knowledgeable, energetic, reliable and resourceful. George has always been proactive and very motivated. He is extremely customer focused and he goes the extra yard to ensure customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend George to anyone who is considering buying or selling real estate.
