As sad as it is to be leaving Cambridge Gardens and our beautiful home we couldn’t be happier with the result, huge thanks to Ghizlaine (and Erika) for the assistance in all aspects of selling our property from styling to conveyancing and being happy to take our calls whatever crazy time of night we rang. If you’re looking at selling be sure to give Ghizlaine Digby Property an opportunity to give your property an appraisal…. Don’t go insane go with Ghizlaine!

From the moment she walked through the door till the sale took place, Ghizlaine has been all hands on. Helping us with the furniture display, the photos, all the way till the open day. Very attentive to details and very dedicated. Her enthusiasm and her care was phenomenal. Highly recommended.

Ghizlaine, thank you so much for your assistance and rapid service enabling our family purchase our brand new home. You have made this very stressful process an exciting and memorable experience. Thank you for giving me a story to tell and gaining a new friendship. Your passion and commitment to your work does not go unnoticed. Thank you.

It was a pleasure buying a home with Ghizlane. She made the process of purchasing our house very smooth. We first visited the home on Saturday, returned for another look on Sunday, made an offer on Monday, and signed the contract by Tuesday. The speed of the entire process was unbelievable. Ghizlane was an excellent intermediary between the seller and us. We are very satisfied with her professionalism and friendly personality. Thank you, Ghizlane.

Ghislaine’s professionalism is outstanding, even during the lockdown she worked tirelessly to get the best result, her organisational skills are beyond compare….at no stage did we doubt her abilities…congratulations Barry Plant for employing jewel in the crown…

I dealt with Ghizlaine Digby from Barry Plant in Gladstone Park originally when my partner and I bought a house together, she was very professional and knowledgeable, I had no doubt that I wanted Ghizlaine to sell my property when it came time to. Well that day finally arrived, I was happy with her input, knowledge and experience in selling... she was like a pocket rocket! I loved her passion and dedication to the job. Thank you Ghizlaine for getting my house sold, especially now that there were sooo many other properties advertised and so many in the similar category. You sold it before auction and I was happy with that. A huge asset to have such a dedicated person on you team Barry Plant.

Ghizlain is very professional estate agent with excellent communication skills and good personality. With a great knowledge of todays market. Thanks and hope you have many more success with Barry Plant.

Ghizlaine was professional and honest from the start. Her work ethic is second to none, working late into the night negotiating with potential buyers. We are super happy with the end result and would highly recommend her services to anyone.

My experience with Ghizlaine from start to finish was amazing. Excellent communication, always well presented, knowledgeable and professional at all times. Ghizlaine was wonderful to work with. The rates were very competitive and I felt looked after throughout the whole process. I would never go to any other agent for future sales. All you need to do is look at her history of sales and the prices she has achieved for her clients to know she is the best in the industry. Thank you Ghizlaine.

Very professional and efficient at what she does. Highly recommended for anyone looking at selling or buying a property

Initially we used another real estate company to sell our home. It proved to be a completely underwhelming waste of time, nerves and money - eventuating to nothing. So when we began the process again with Ghizlaine at Barry Plant we were apprehensive but she quickly turned that around. She was proactive, proficient, considerate, phenomenally professional and above all kind. We are so appreciative to Ghizlaine for all her hard work. Our experience has taught us how vital it is to have an experienced and passionate agent in your corner.
