Buying a property in the midst of a pandemic is quite a stressful position to be in. But with Ghizlaine's professionalism and understanding, we managed to go through the process of buying our property with minimal setbacks. She is committed, passionate with her work and easy to deal with. Thanks Ghizlaine!
Ghizlaine was very approachable and friendly . We did not hesitate to ask her any questions. She was very knowledgeable and honest in her dealings with us. Her approach and demeanour towards us was very favourable and would not hesitate recommending her to anyone. This was our first purchase in 40 years and she made the experience quite pleasant.
Ghizlaine was nothing but professional throughout our entire campaign. Considering we experienced the impact of the Covid-19 which no market professional had ever had to contend with before, Ghizlaine was constantly and proactively working through these tough times to benefit us the Vendors. There was never a no can do attitude but 110% commitment. Ghizlaine's market knowledge and experience was always one step ahead of the rest, Ghizlaine knew her audience and we were grateful for that and her advice. I would highly recommend Ghizlaine as her work ethic and standards are definitely a cut above the rest. Nothing is too hard for Ghizlaine when it comes to her Vendors.
We are so excited to have purchased our dream home. Ghizlaine was amazing at organising taking us through the property again when we asked and answered any questions we had straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. We cant wait to spend the rest of our lives in our forever home, its absolutely perfect and we got our fairytale ending.
Ghizlaine is amazing ! She goes above and beyond any agent I’ve ever dealt with. Her personality, her attention to detail, even dealing with us after business hours to guarantee us satisfaction and happiness. I would highly recommend Ghizlaine to anyone buying or selling !! Thanks so much for all your hard work and dedication your the best !!!!
Ghizlaine is a human dynamo keen on getting the job done. We sold in just over 2 weeks at the start of the CoVid 19 lock down. Stressful times but happy with the final result. Great communications. Would recommend. Thanks!
If you want a real estate agent with experience, energy, local knowledge and results - then choose Ghizlaine from Barry Plant. As a vendor, we received the service of a true professional who listens and responds to your needs. We sold our home during the Covid-19 restrictions, it was sold in just 26 days on the market. This was thanks to Ghizlaine’s determination and flexibility during these challenging times. Thank you Ghizlaine.
