We were: First home buyers. Ghizlaine has a broad knowledge of the area we were purchasing in (north west Melbourne suburbs). She had a good knowledge of the property, and processes, assisted us in completing the paperwork, flexible with coordinating meetings and was great to communicate with and kept us up to date on next steps. Ghizlaine was friendly, accommodating and provided a professional service, Definitely recommend!

From the moment I engaged Ghizlaine to appraise my property I found her to be professional, knowledge, friendly and importantly positive and drive. I listed just before the first Covid lockdown and despite that we persevered and sold for a very competitive price in the market. Thank you Ghizlaine, Nick and the BP Gladstone Park team. I’d happily recommend Ghizlaine if you want the best price and an agent that won’t give up no matter what the circumstances.

Ghizlaine was friendly, smart and was great to work with. I'd highly recommend her to sell your home. She worked hard and got the job done very well and we even sold before auction.

Ghizlaine was efficient, honest and went above & beyond to ensure the highest level of customer experience was achieved. We will highly recommend Ghizlaine to family & friends who are looking to purchase a new home.

We would like to thank Ghizlaine for being a true Real Estate Sales Professional and the nicest person to deal with. At our first meeting, Ghizlaine was very understanding of our needs in terms of what we were after and the budget we had in mind. She was very honest, knowledgeable and hence trustworthy from the start. She gave us comfort in our negotiations with the Vendor. She is charming, affable and amiable with an energetic personality. We instantly felt connected. Ghizlaine was not just considerate and sympathetic but she was very understanding. With her help and advice we have been able to purchase the property within our targeted budget. She is the real deal in the Real Estate world. She definitely exceeded our expectations. Ghizlaine is also dedicated and hardworking; she would reply to our text messages, phone calls, emails and queries efficiently. She was contactable even during weekends and after hours. She is very resourceful because she finds ways to make both the seller and buyer happy. We would highly recommend her services. She is an angel in disguise. She made the whole experience very pleasant and we were very comfortable and happy to deal with a wonderful person like her. From the Kownden Family

Entrusting the sale of our house with Ghizlaine was the best move we made. She was professional, friendly and efficient. Each potential purchaser was screened and no time wasting occurred. Respecting our wishes, especially during the pandemic, Ghizlaine gave us the confidence to open our home to people to come through and sold the property promptly. Both vendors and purchasers are very happy. Thank you Ghizlaine for your amazing service and professionalism. We are so grateful to have crossed paths with you.

Ghizlaine, what do I say? We frequently saw your face pop up in our estate and knew we just had to go with you. Surely this woman must be good, right? 😉 Let me tell you, you lived up to all of our expectations. It is very rare to find someone who gets true fulfilment from their job and who truly invests all their heart into what they do. You exuded a warmth from the minute we met with you that made us feel comfortable and confident. Your commitment, passion and determination meant so much to us. We could not be any more grateful to have had you on this journey with us. You eased all of our anxieties, made the process effortless and certainly were attentive and responsive to our needs. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of our hearts. Our family is able to move forward with contentment in our hearts, and that is not just because of you doing your job, but because of the person that you are. Thank you! ♥️

It was an absolute pleasure to have Ghislaine manage the sale of our property even in the midst of lockdown and various other challenges. The rental agent had disappeared, the tenants had left, the walls had holes in them, the garden was overgrown - and somehow with humour and cheerful professionalism Ghislaine sorted it all out. I have dealt with many agents and this was by far and away my very best experience - I could not rate her highly enough.

Ghizlaine was able to provide an excellent service to us as well as the buyers under terrible Covid conditions. I would recommend her to anyone looking to either purchase or sell a property. she is a delight to deal with and nothing is ever too hard. Ghizlaine - thank you.
