Ghizlaine is welcoming and professional. Her genuine interest in keeping her clients happy and comfortable in the stressful time of buying a new home is second to none. She listens attentively to the buyer's needs and goes out of her way to be accommodating. Our general experience with Barry Plant was very positive and we could not recommend Ghizlaine enough!

If you want results this is your go to Agent! Look no further, Ghizlaine is a true professional and an incredibly talented negotiator. This amazing lady helped up to achieve a result we didn’t think was obtainable, she got us well above what every other agent in the area claimed they could achieve. She sold our house less then 2 weeks in avoiding the stress and uncertainty that an Auction brings. Not only is she amazing she is a brilliant networker with a long list of potential purchasers. Thank you Ghizlaine for all of your hard work and thank you for treating our humble home like a palace. Ghizlaine is the best Real Estate Agent in the area and a friend for life! Much respect.

Buying a house is daunting for even the most experienced buyers but when it’s your first purchase you really don’t know where to start. Constantly dealing with agents who tell you lies to sell you the property we started losing hope that we were going to find our dream home. Then we met Ghizlane- here’s how it went, we walked into the most amazing property which was in our price range but as most know some agents under quote and then your dream starts disappearing. We met ghizlane at the first open and from the initial meeting we knew she was honest and decided to put all our cards on the table (rookie mistake for anyone who wasn’t ghizlane) from that moment she had full knowledge of the surrounding area and current market prices. She was honest about the vendors needs as well as our own. When we decided to put a offer down she was very quick at replying to emails as phone calls. I would deal with and point all my family and friends to her direction even as buyers. She is a honest reliable and real person who will help you find exactly what you are looking for without the “white lies”. 10/10

I highly recommend Ghizlaine. She was a very lovely person and down to earth. She had reach my expectation for the sale price of my home. I found her to be very professional and easy to deal with. I recommend using Ghizlaine her service 100%.

My experience was fantastic couldn’t ask for better Very friendly and very honest

We cannot speak highly enough of Ghizlaine. She is an outstanding real estate agent with empathy and understanding for her client’s needs. Right from the first appointment Gigi made us feel comfortable. Her integrity and professionalism was amazing. This lady goes above and beyond for her client. Gigi provided an excellent service and is truly a great asset to Barry Plant Gladstone Park.

It was a pleasure dealing with Ghizlaine, it was honestly the best experience we have had selling a house. Ghizlaine was always very professional. Her communication was exemplary, she constantly kept us updated as well as after each house inspection, she responded promptly to any queries we had and was honest and treated us with respect at all times. We were very happy that the house sold in a very short time and at a great price. Ghizlaine is one of the most patient, kind, hardworking and understanding Real Estate Agents we have ever encountered! She was always eager to accommodate our busy schedules. Ghizlaine is very knowledgeable of the area and was able to answer all of our questions, she is an expert in her field! I would have no hesitation in recommending Ghizlaine, she is an absolutely perfect Real Estate Agent. Mary-Anne ________________________________________

Ghizlaine warm and friendly nature was forthcoming from the start to the end of the sale. She understood the market constraints during negotiations of the sale. However, she was professional in ensuring that I took time to appreciate what I was purchasing, and what I offer, would be reasonable. Her communication was clear and precises. She kept me updated each day with the progress of negotiations with the vendor, however her approach was strong in trying to secure a better deal for the vendor. At no time did she force me to go beyond my capacity. Ghizlaine knew when to open and shut the door professionally. Thank you Ghizlaine for who you are. Good luck for the future.

We had a good experience with Ghizlaine. She was very honest about market price and always responded to our questions and calls.
