Due to my father having to go into aged care unexpectedly it was a highly stressful time and so it was important that we had the right agent with the market knowledge to get a quick sale on the property. My immediate choice was to go back to Rob Dargusch who handled the sale when we bought the property 10 yrs previously due to his expertise and professionalism at that time. Rob kept in touch regularly with my father over this 10 yr period by and it was this small act of kindness that made me immediately think of him when i had to sell the property on my Dad's behalf. Gillian and Rob are the most amazing and beautiful agents/people I have ever met. We first met Rob and Gillian through a recommendation from open agent. I remember the first day i spoke to Gillian (sitting in my car on the phone to her) explaining that we weren't quite ready to sell but would love them to come and meet with us to give us their professional opinion. I hung up the phone from her thinking.....this agent is the one for us. She was honest, sincere, kind and a absolute pleasure to talk to. So many times I have phoned Gillian on different things and she is always willing to go the extra mile to help. I would go as far to say that at times i would have been lost without her help. Gillian is a professional with a angels soul. Rob is very professional but also like his lovely wife Gillian, he's a saint. Gillian and Rob have listed and sold our property in Bundamba and although i am happy to be moving to our new home, I will miss Gillian and hope to keep in contact with them both.
