I had been with another agency for over three months when I switched to Alice Springs Real Estate and Gloria and I was glad I did. My property was realistically priced and I was informed of minor items that I could chose to repair if I so wanted. I was informed when potential buyers went through the property and when there was a home open and a follow up call was made for any results. During the negotiation phase, iI was kept aware of the progress, received copies of all reports and was advised as to the potential purchasers concerns. It was great to receive her call advising that settlement had been completed. As a single person, it was nice to celebrate with someone.
