I had been with another agency for over three months when I switched to Alice Springs Real Estate and Gloria and I was glad I did. My property was realistically priced and I was informed of minor items that I could chose to repair if I so wanted. I was informed when potential buyers went through the property and when there was a home open and a follow up call was made for any results. The property was with Gloria for six weeks when there was an offer. During the negotiation phase, iI was kept aware of the progress, received copies of all reports and was advised as to the potential purchasers concerns. Gloria assisted with my decisions in regards to negotiating with the purchasers to receive a favourable outcome for both parties. Gloria contacted me at each stage of the progress. It was great to receive her call advising that settlement had been completed. As a single person, it was nice to celebrate with someone. Later that day, Andrew from the agency also called to offer congratulations. I felt cared about and was confident with the team especially Gloria. She always willing took my calls and/or called me to keep me in the loop. I felt included in the sale of the property, not just another listing. Go Gloria!
