The house presented very well while it was listed for sale. The agent, Graham Black was gracious in his responses to any questions we asked. To those questions he didn't have an answer to, he endeavored to find out for us. He came to our apartment in East Melbourne so we could sign the contract, once the vendors had accepted our offer, which was very convenient at the time.

However, at a company level, we are less satisfied with the Hodges Brighton office and its director, due to an unresolved disagreement relating to the publication of the property's final sale price.
