I was lucky that my house was sold to the first buyer who showed interest, as there was not a lot of interest.. I didnt really get to see Grant in action, Because the original real estate agent we signed with went on leave, Grant was handed our home to sell, and we were on a road trip to Victoria. During this time, frequently with poor reception, Grant kept in touch daily, which we appreciated. Paperwork was faxed to north Victoria for is to sign and he ensured that all documentation occured in a timely manner and he knew what was due when. he was very organised which allowed us to have our holiday feeling secure that all was being taken care of.He also had not met the purchaser as another real estate agent had taken her through so was working with the seller and purchaser without meeting either of us.
