Grant was extremely helpful in arranging visits to a couple of properties we were interested in. He arranged a second visit and fairly short notice and even brought a tape measure along when we asked him to. He was also knowledgable in answering questions about the apartment and the complex in which it is located.
The sale of our property was difficult due to conflict between the Owners Corporation, Strata Management and the Service Provider. This conflict was easy to see by prospective purchasers and did result in a number of lost sales (this situation has now been resolved).
