We were extremely happy with the way Grant handled the sale of our apartment. His knowledge of the market is extensive and his professionalism second to none. He has a very calm manner which gave us confidence in the way he would handle the sale. Having bought and sold many properties ourselves we knew we could trust his expertise and suggestions on how he would handle the sale. Our instincts were right and he managed to achieve the sale in a quick time frame and for a price we were happy with. Selling a property is often a fraught experience, but Grant made this one a most pleasant one. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Buying a property that had its own difficulty was very testing. Grant made this process so much easier and his knowledge and communication gained the desired result. Thanks again Grant. We would have no hesitation in recommending Grant to either sell or purchase your property.

Grant has consistently offered excellent and professional service during the course of the sale of my apartment in Coffs harbour. He has been highly approachable and always at hand to assist in my numerous enquiries. Grant has given me good reason to have strong confidence in the conviction of both he and his team at NSW Real Estate, and has given truly personalised support on all occasions. I can not recommend Grant highly enough in matters relating to his profession. I sincerely appreciate your time and effort, Grant. Anthony Woodward

Grant sold us our first house 15 years ago, then sold that same house for us recently. Grant has now sold us our second house! Grant is knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and willing to help. We would recommend Grant Larson to help sell or buy your next house, no hesitations.

Grant handled the sale with a minimum of fuss. Grant is very easy to talk to, He listens and he made the sale of our villa an exceptionally easy experience. We would recommend Grant to anyone.

Simple really, I wouldn't use any other agent on the coast!

Grant Larson assisted me in the purchase of my new villa-flat, provided me all the information I asked for, was extremely helpful and very patient regarding my inspection of the villa. I heartily recommend Grant Larson as an estate agent. :)

Grant is an honest hard working agent who in my experience tried to meet the expectations and please both seller and buyer. Grant went above and beyond his obligations as an agent to assist both parties in this sale, most likely to his own detriment! I can't remember the last time (before Grant) I employed a person and they actually did what they said they would without me having to pick up the pieces and finish the job I paid them to do. Thanks a million Grant for keeping in touch and delivering on your promise!!!

Grant Larsen made our purchase process smooth and easy. Thank you

I had great experience with Grant, he is very helpful, hard working, diligent, honest and very reliable . I was most of the time at Europe, during auction campaign, but Grant managed to communicate with me and kept me informed very efficiently.

WE FOUND GRANT VERY ATTENTATIVE WHO PROMTLY ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND ORGANISED A QUICK RESONSE FROM THE VENDOR MAKING THE PURCHASE A SMOOTH PROCESS. WOULD DEFINATELY USE GRANT TO SELL A HOUSE FOR US IN THE AREA.

Helped us through the whole sale process with ease.
