Grant was extremely helpful in arranging visits to a couple of properties we were interested in. He arranged a second visit and fairly short notice and even brought a tape measure along when we asked him to. He was also knowledgable in answering questions about the apartment and the complex in which it is located.
The sale of our property was difficult due to conflict between the Owners Corporation, Strata Management and the Service Provider. This conflict was easy to see by prospective purchasers and did result in a number of lost sales (this situation has now been resolved). Grant allowed my to have a good look at the property without the sales pitch which I appreciated. Any questions I had he answered or got back to me if he was not sure. Grant connected myself in a very timely matter regarding queries I had regarding the property.
Grant made the process of selling our home as painless as possible. With work, study running a small business and juggling kids I was not always easy to get hold of during 9am - 5pm.
