Any drover's drunken dog could sell real estate in a rising market in the leafy suburb of Blackburn in Eastern Melbourne. But what if: . The market is choppy and falling? . The block of land on which the house is located is of no interest to developers because it's area is less than the magic 600 sq. meters? . The property is at the bottom of a court which position makes it unattractive to some major ethnic potential buyers? . The land itself is an irregular shape? . There is a large tree near the house which is subject to a municipal overlay which prevents it's being touched? .
