We would like to recommend Grant Stone and his team at CLRE highly for the assistance and professional service they provided to us in selling our home in Brinsmead. Grant provided excellent pre-sale advice to help us get the house ready for sale, and he helped us source reliable tradespeople for the work we needed to do. Grant has excellent experience both in real estate (especially in Brinsmead and surrounds) and also previously as a tradesman himself, so he knew what needed to be done from both a practical and a sales perspective to get the optimal price and pass on a good product. Living away from Cairns, we appreciated Grant and Shelby's extra attention in keeping an eye on the house while it was for sale, including ensuring mail was collected and gardens maintained. They did this without us even asking. Grant is highly ethical and a man of his word. We can say from experience that he treats both sellers and buyers with the same respect and honesty, since we also bought our house from him 6.5 years ago. We also rented our home through Grant's team and would like to make special mention of the wonderful, warm, professional support provided by Mel during our period as landlords. She was proactive in providing timely reports to us about issues raised or work to be done, and was prompt in providing quotes and other information. We were very happy with the final result of our sale, with a contract on our house within days and a settlement after only 5 weeks. We were also very happy with the final price. I wish I could rate Grant with way more stars! There aren't enough to rate how excellent my experience was. Grant is a super sparkling light in the real estate profession. Yes, he has am amazing wealth of knowledge of the market sector and you might be thinking but there are others who have great knowledge. What sets Grant apart from others is his positive approach to engaging with you plus all of the following. You can count on Grant and his team (Shelby you are a star too!) to communicate consistently and follow up. Grant's level of professionalism exceeds and surpasses anything I've experienced over my lifetime. He makes selling easy, and when I've just moved interstate, he didn't just assure me, he anticipated my needs before I had the questions. During a stressful time, his consistent positive approach and motivation along with his reliability in communicating, doing what he says he will do (and way more) makes you know - you can count on him! Grant would even check on my property for me while I was in another state and keep me updated on what was happening with renovations or arrange things to be completed...and if he says he is doing something - he is like 'speedy gonzales' (it's done!).
