Grant and Melinda were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole sale process. Their up front honesty, regular communication and proactive actions were demonstrated qualities of their integrity and professionalism. Grant Wallace was able to handle the 9 tenants in the house that was subdivided into 3 Flats. He managed to get them to cooperate with the 3 opens a week by explaining that it was in their interest. He contacted each one and had a meeting with the tenants. He has a skill in getting them to cooperate with the dozens of people who went through their flat. Grant and his team also rang hundreds of people about my property. He followed up with each person who came to the opens and there were 120 parties to contact. He kept me informed after each open. Because my property had a Road Widening Order on it Grant organised that his auction would be televised by Sky TV in case it was passed in giving coverage all over Australia explaining to me that for 3 days after the Auction there can be an unconditional sale. He covered every base as far as I was concerned. Then in the auction when the price far exceeded the reserve I admired the fact the he kept up the momentum to get every dollar he could get. He was able to help me relax by his calm confidence and his humour and delivery in the auction was extraordinary. I highly recommend Grant Wallace for his professionalism, finger on the pulse, realestate knowledge , extremely pleasant manner his caring concern , negotiating skills and time and effort he puts in. I felt like mine was the only property he was selling and auctioning when I know he had many. It was good I didn’t pay for the auction and it was unusual for me to have the salesman also be the auctioneer. I liked this as I felt more involved. I liked that I was also emailed regularly with graphs and names of people interested and details of how the campaign was going. I was elated that Grant Wallace was able to get a very high price for my house when 3 other agencies were not prepared to sell it because of the road widening overlay and being on a main road also. Grant was not phased by this but keenly and confidently looked at the positives in the property.
