After talking to Grant about selling our apartment over a period of 12 months or so we finally settled on an auction campaign over 4 weeks, concluding with an auction early November. A sale was negotiated the evening following the auction and the Contract was completed 30 days later. The entire process was closely managed and regular reports were provided right up to the day of auction. Grant would be my first choice for residential property in Mooloolaba.

Our unit was one of several units for sale in the Malibu Apartments and to my knowledge is the only one to be recently sold. And the sale price was about what we expected. Other agents tried to sell the unit for us without any success. Grant took over the listing and ran a very professional campaign including advertising and open homes at every opportunity to secure a buyer. We are very satisfied with Grant's approach and determination to sell the unit.
