Grant is very good at what he does he made a point of finding out exactly what I was looking for and in a very short time was able to present a few options which met my needs.Once I had made my choice the negotiations were carried out with a minimum of fuss. After we closed the deal he has kept in contact and was very helpful in organising inspections etc has made himself available to valuers and building inspectors at short notice.
