Grant was able to let me see house as soon as I called him. He was very professional and not at all pushy. He just stood back and was able to answer all our questions. He then negotiated with the owners and we were able to get this house. He remained helpful throughout the whole process and was able to arrange an early settlement for us. Grant is very good at what he does he made a point of finding out exactly what I was looking for and in a very short time was able to present a few options which met my needs.Once I had made my choice the negotiations were carried out with a minimum of fuss. After we closed the deal he has kept in contact and was very helpful in organising inspections etc has made himself available to valuers and building inspectors at short notice.
