I've only dealt with a few agents so far, and generally I think it's important to have done your own research and have a really good feel for the market and also the area that you're buying in to know where you fit in the market. At times I felt that what I was being told during the negotiation process may not have been fully true but was not really in a position to challenge the information being provided and had to go with my own instincts. Greg and Lou communicated well however I did find it a little odd that two agents were the point of contact rather than one representative.

Greg and his team took on the sale of our property with gusto. They actively managed the preparation of the property for sale, ensured house was open for inspection every week and at various times to suit, maintained very active communication such that we always knew what was happening. Would highly recommend.
