My dealings with Greg were comparitively limited in this process, but the few encounters and discussions over the phone were professional, curteous and outcomes oriented. Greg was direct, open and contributed to a great outcome with this sale.

Greg, Lou and Sheree were excellent to deal with. Lou was honest about shortcomings of property and was excellent in securing our offer with the owners. He was quick to respond to communications. Sheree was professional and of great assistance in coordinating information and keys on settlement. Greg hand delivered keys to our door so that moving could proceed on schedule the next morning. To top it off the wine and flowers were unexpected but appreciated. Though representing the owners, Mcgrath has been the absolute best real estate to deal with and based on my experience I would recommend to anyone. I've only dealt with a few agents so far, and generally I think it's important to have done your own research and have a really good feel for the market and also the area that you're buying in to know where you fit in the market. At times I felt that what I was being told during the negotiation process may not have been fully true but was not really in a position to challenge the information being provided and had to go with my own instincts. Greg and Lou communicated well however I did find it a little odd that two agents were the point of contact rather than one representative.

Greg and his team took on the sale of our property with gusto. They actively managed the preparation of the property for sale, ensured house was open for inspection every week and at various times to suit, maintained very active communication such that we always knew what was happening. Would highly recommend.
