Greg and his team did a fantastic job on the sale of our property. From the initial meeting to discuss the sale, the progression through the marketing approval and the open homes. They kept us in the loop and secured a sale within a week. Completely satisfied with the service.

Duplication of information. Office staff messages differed from Greg’s message made for a little confusion.

Greg Ward and Amy Wilson are great real estate agents. I would recommend them both to anyone who wants to sell their property. They are vey professional people. I consider that they made a significant contribution to the sale of my property.

We worked with Greg as buyers, which may make this a strange review from a different perspective. When we enter the property market, we are told the agent is there to support the vendor and work for their requirements. Not for a second am I suggesting Greg did anything other than look after the best interest of the vendors, however, as a buyer, I found him honest, easy to deal with and empathetic to the buyers perspective. Greg was absolutely resolute in representing the vendors position. What was pleasant dealing with him was that he listened, understood the rigmarole of working through the loan process (Royal Commission, whilst warranted was poorly timed from our perspective) and gave us breathing space to work through the myriad of issues we faced achieving finance (8 weeks from first email to exchange). Unlike other Agents we have dealt with in the past, Greg was both encouraging an patient; maintaining just the right level of contact to keep the vendor at ease while we worked through the process. Greg asked if he could sell the property we are moving from. If I wasn't using a trusted friend and Agent to represent us, my answer would have been an unreserved yes. Based on what I witnessed working with Greg, I have no doubt he would have found the right buyer and closed the deal with our best interest at heart. It was refreshing dealing him both him and his office, Sheree is fantastic to work with in the post exchange period, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Greg and Sheree to potential vendors (and buyers) in the future. I have previously used Greg in the past. It’s been quite a few years, but we were never going to use anyone else. As before, between himself and Sheree, we were kept up to date the whole way through. If and when I need another agent Greg will be the only person I would choose. We trust Greg will be using all of his knowledge to obtain the best possible outcome for us. First impressions of Greg, answers any question without fluff or telling you what you want to hear. Greg delivered on what he promised, didn't force me into any decisions, gave me factual information and empowered me to make my own choice. I did ask him for guidance which he did give and I was really pleased not only with the price we achieved on the sale of my property but also the time it took to sell!! Only a few week (which was very quick in my opinion). I rate Greg up there with the best and is a refreshing change from what I have been use to dealing with. Keep up the great work GW!!
