We worked with Greg as buyers, which may make this a strange review from a different perspective. When we enter the property market, we are told the agent is there to support the vendor and work for their requirements. Not for a second am I suggesting Greg did anything other than look after the best interest of the vendors, however, as a buyer, I found him honest, easy to deal with and empathetic to the buyers perspective. Greg was absolutely resolute in representing the vendors position. What was pleasant dealing with him was that he listened, understood the rigmarole of working through the loan process (Royal Commission, whilst warranted was poorly timed from our perspective) and gave us breathing space to work through the myriad of issues we faced achieving finance (8 weeks from first email to exchange). Unlike other Agents we have dealt with in the past, Greg was both encouraging an patient; maintaining just the right level of contact to keep the vendor at ease while we worked through the process. Greg asked if he could sell the property we are moving from. If I wasn't using a trusted friend and Agent to represent us, my answer would have been an unreserved yes. Based on what I witnessed working with Greg, I have no doubt he would have found the right buyer and closed the deal with our best interest at heart. It was refreshing dealing him both him and his office, Sheree is fantastic to work with in the post exchange period, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Greg and Sheree to potential vendors (and buyers) in the future.
