He explained things carefully and allowed me to make informed decisions with regards to marketing strategy and setting the price. At no point did I feel I was being pressured into doing something I did not agree with or completely understand. Gus was always polite, patient and reliable. He secured the sale within a reasonable time and at a price that was acceptable in a buyers' market.

Gus' 'no fuss' motto really suits his style. He seems much more genuine and trustworthy than typical sales 'sharks' that we have had bad experiences with in the past. A nice, fair human being. As buyers, he was extremely reliable and flexible to communicate with. He replied to emails promptly etc. If I was selling, I would happily employ him because his genuine approach made us more trusting and less resentful of finding middle ground with the seller. No games, no fuss... real negotiation.
