There was some misunderstanding in the initial process of selling of our home due to involvement of 3rd parties. Hannan was nevertheless accommodating and adjusted as changes were required. As the "campaign" proceeded, Hannan continued to respond well to the changes & fully listened to and took on board our concerns. All along Hannan was friendly, helpful & respectful.
