It was great working with Hannan to sell my property. As a first-time seller / vendor, I had no idea what to do. He gave an honest assessment of the property and explained the marketing plan, with details such as price guide, reserve price and vendor bid. I had already moved out, so I went with his choice of stylist, and they made the place look great. Hannan always called after every inspection day, with details of customer numbers, repeat customers and number of contract requests. His strategy obviously works as there was a lot of interest in the property, and the auction was put forward a week due to the number of repeat customers and the number of contracts requested. We managed to get a price that was far above the reserve. I am extremely happy with the result. Thanks heaps to Hannan, Daniel and the team from Raine and Horne.

Hannan and his colleagues Robert and Dan did an excellent job of marketing and selling my apartment in Kensington. Everything happened smoothly and efficiently. Communication was excellent and regular. I had full confidence in the team throughout. Though my apartment sold for less than I hoped based on sales in the building in the last 11 months, I am pleased with the result given the uncertain market conditions right now.

There was some misunderstanding in the initial process of selling of our home due to involvement of 3rd parties. Hannan was nevertheless accommodating and adjusted as changes were required. As the "campaign" proceeded, Hannan continued to respond well to the changes & fully listened to and took on board our concerns. All along Hannan was friendly, helpful & respectful. In the end, Hannan was super-helpful in us selling our home for a price we were happy with. For all real-estate agents I would remind them of the importance of considering the "hidden unrecognised stresses & concerns" relating to elderly people selling their homes.
