He sold my best mates place in Bondi and had built up a relationship over several years without the usual pressure you can get from some real estate agents. Always friendly and happy to give advise and keeping us up to date on current market trends. So when it was time to sell our investment property in Bellevue Hill there was really only ever one agent we were going to go with. From start to finish the process was seamless. He dealt with our tenant for opens and organised everything that needed to be done with little input from my wife and me. The rate was very reasonable with no negotiation needed. It was great working with Hannan to sell my property. As a first-time seller / vendor, I had no idea what to do. He gave an honest assessment of the property and explained the marketing plan, with details such as price guide, reserve price and vendor bid. I had already moved out, so I went with his choice of stylist, and they made the place look great. Hannan always called after every inspection day, with details of customer numbers, repeat customers and number of contract requests. His strategy obviously works as there was a lot of interest in the property, and the auction was put forward a week due to the number of repeat customers and the number of contracts requested.
