Awesome guy, awesome agent

I've known Hannan for a while as we bought our first property through him. He introduced us to many properties and even some we said we weren't interested in. He knew all too well the value of the properties but also how they could suit a young couple as ourselves. We fell in love with a property that was in the not interested file. 5 years down the track after we had purchased a family home we decided to sell our first home, there was no doubt or discussion as to who we would use. Hannan! Hannan again was very knowledgeable and offered unmetered help and attention while guiding us through the sales process. We are very happy and overwhelmingly grateful for his help (even though he is obviously paid for it). Again, there would be no doubt in our mind if we were to sell in Hannan's area that we would use him.

Hannan is the best salesman in Bondi no question. He knows the area back to front and loves it. If he doesn't know about your sale, who sold it last time, who's looking at buying it and how much it's worth, then you're not really selling.

Hannan was great to deal with, making our sale very stress and free easy to manage. He communicated with us really well, keeping us updated through out and his market knowledge and negotiation skills got us the price we wanted, in a very quick time frame.

Hannan did everything he said he would, he took control of the whole process and you could tell by his work ethic he got the BEST PRICE POSSIBLE for my wife and I. Hannan achieved a record price and made the process painless. Hannan is professional, his knowledge of real estate and the eastern suburbs is exactly what you need when selling. More importantly, he's just a nice guy with a positive attitude. We would pick him again in a heart beat and refer him to any of our family or friends.
