I've had the pleasure of selling my property through Hannan, and to say that selling my apartment was a pleasure with Hannan as the agent is the reality of how the sale left us feeling - VERY HAPPY! Our expectations for price were on the high side relative to the market and he met them. From day 1, I knew Hannan Bouskila was the right agent for me. There was no pressure from him when, at times, I was hesitant about selling my home . When I finally decided to sell he negotiated a great price only 8 days after being placed on the market so we did not go to auction. Most of all he was genuine and a pleasure to work with. We hired Hannan after a previous agent had badly mishandled our sale leading to us firing that person. After some additional work Hannan was able to grow the offer to a point where it became attractive to accept this without needing to complete the auction process. The end result was Hannan CLOSED the sale process by delivering a good result in 3 weeks. The sale price was towards the top of all pre-sale estimates – a great outcome for us.
