In preparing for the sale it was useful to have access to Hannan and Pippa's long list of contacts for painters, stylists and handymen and they said repeatedly during the preparation and sale that if there was anything that I needed help with just to ask. It is clear from the path that the sale of my unit took that Hannan and Pippa have a huge depth of knowledge and understanding of the market and I believe that I achieved a good result because of this.
