Hayden has worked tirelessly to make the sale. He was helpful and kept us up to date at all stages of the campaign. All the open houses were completed with enthusiasm. I would recommend Hayden for any future real estate sales/purchases without hesitation.
communication was excellent, follow up was regular and very polite in manner and presentation of the property.
Have Deb was so focused and professional. He pushed hard and got a great quick sale. Definitely worth se him again
My partner and I recently moved to the area, and purchased our first home together from Hayden, and couldn't have asked for a better agent. His expertise for the area, his hardwork and constant communication really helped us both in this exciting time by relieving our anxieties. We are both excited to start our lives together in a new area, and part of a new community, and Hayden certainly helped put us into this position. We cannot thank him enough.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Hayden to purchase our new home, and while our experience had its back and forth negotiations, there's no denying that he delivered. One of the standout aspects of our interaction was the remarkable speed with which the house settled – an impressive 10 days! This quick turnaround is a testament to Hayden's professionalism and his ability to navigate the complexities of the real estate market. His dedication to securing a smooth settlement was evident throughout the process, and we were very happy with the outcome. Hayden demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring that our needs as buyers were met.
Hayden was great. He explained what we needed to do to sell the house in 8 weeks. Very professional team. Highly recommend him. Kept me well informed of very thing going on regarding the sale.
Hayden was very communicative and helpful with all processes of this sale.
Hayden was always great to deal with. Once he sets his mind to some thing he WILL NOT STOP. He worked tirelessly to sell my home. He had great support from the rest of the Dwyer Property team.
Hayden was excellent! The communication was exceptional, and the same can be said for the rest of the team especially Shelley. We were made to feel like we were family not just another "sale to process and then get on with next one". Very impressed!
Hayden is such a patient individual who listened to our needs and wants from the get go and never once pushed us. He was very efficient from start to end in the process of finding a home for us and answering any questions we had. We were very impressed with his professionalism. It was a pleasure to have Hayden sell us our new home, we couldn’t be happier. Thanks again Hayden and the team at Dwyer Properties.
We had been working with Hayden for two years plus to try and find a bigger home for our family or flirt with the idea of renovating our existing home. Hayden was very responsive to our requests for inspections and nothing was too much trouble including organising trade quotes for properties we didn't own. We inspected multiple properties over the years. We managed to find the perfect home for our family and worked with Hayden and the team to make it a reality. Any questions we had were always answered promptly and with respect. Hayden was definitely working for the vendors and got the highest amount for them that we could afford to pay, we are still happy with the result and the respect forwarded to us throughout the process. Thanks Hayden!
I’m so grateful for Hayden and the collective team of Dwyer Properties in their swift but detailed and caring efforts for making the sale of my home a dream. Couldn’t be happier :-)
