I would like to say a big Thankyou to Hayden and all the team at Dwyer properties for making the sale of my home so stress free and professional. All aspects of the sale were completely hassle free with a fabulous outcome. Hayden was very efficient and helpful and I was kept up to date with all matters regarding the sale. Thankyou once again regards Julie kimber
Hayden is the best estate agent we have ever worked with he never gave up and constantly kept us informed every step of the way . Working with Hayden was the best step we took when selling our property . I would advise anyone thinking of selling to make Hayden your first port of call he leaves the others standing .
This is now our second time buying a home through Hayden. He is truly across the market, is very insightful, and has a real knack for matching you with a home that ‘ticks’ all of your boxes. He really listens, follows through on everything that he says he’ll do, and goes above and beyond to make both parties feel like they’ve had a smooth and fruitful purchase/sale.
Hayden maintained regular contact which was very important to us being absent from Merimbula. The open house days were as frequent as we could have hoped for and provided the result required. Dwyer Real estate were certainly well represented by Hayden and we wish him all the best for the future.
We chose to use Hayden to sell our house because of his dedication and passion for our house. His knowledge of the property, the surrounding area and attention to detail was excellent. He worked very hard to get us a fantastic result.
We enjoyed getting to know Hayden and his attentive friendly approach. He’s has a good sense of humour that we found invaluable to help enjoy the vagaries of the real estate process. He is a professional and responsive agent and we recommend him to other buyers & sellers.
The sale tuck some time Haden keep me informed at all times
Hayden worked very hard to sell my property. He communicated and kept me informed the whole way. Hayden is extremely tenacious and professional.
We are very happy how Hayden worked for us,his knowledge and professionalism. He kept us up to date all the time.
This was our very first experience of selling our home to move on. It was daunting but by having Hayden as our Agent there was nothing he could not explain or see to. Nothing was too trivial and if he missed a call he would return it as soon as possible. We would recommend anyone wanting to buy/sell to choose Hayden to be their Agent for the best possible result in a challenging market.
Hayden is a very competent real estate agent. He showed professionalism & had strong market knowledge. He communicated with us consistently & was alway very courteous. We would definitely recommend him.
