Back in 1997, Hayley started working as a receptionist/contract administration for a very busy real estate office.
In 2000, she graduated from school and jumped straight in at the opportunity to becoming part of the Property Management Team.
Hayley knew real estate was her calling, it is in blood with several family memebers in the industry too, and also due to the high level of organisation and customer service required, two things which she always enjoyed and was good at.
Over the years, Hayley has had the opportunity to manage hundreds of different properties, from small rent rolls to large ones, and has bought and sold many properties of her own, and is proud to say she is also an investor and home owner. Hayley understands the importance of what it takes to be a thorough and dedicated agent.
Over the years, landlords have asked her to sell their investment, and due to her friendly and passionate personality, and knowing all the rental laws, she has been able to do so impeccably and without any hassle.
Hayley became the new Principal of Allure Realty in 2017.
“Allure Realty is my livelihood, my dream come true, and my reputation, I work hard for ALL my clients - tenants, owners, contractors, and past and future clients.
Allure Realty for me, is about making clients for life, it about giving my client’s the peace of mind –
- that our services are meeting their expectations and beyond
- that they are kept updated at every moment
- that we are proactive and not reactive
- that we are up to date and knowledgeable
- that we are transparent and available
“I enjoy the client relationships that are built and the organisation that comes with Real Estate, but also the flexibility the industry gives me to do things my way, and to always have the time to have coffee with all my clients and time to be a present parent, in watching my daughter grow up.”
On the weekend, Hayley spends my time with her young daughter, who is her inspiration and world. They enjoy the outdoors, cooking, dancing around the house like no one is watching, and just taking time out to enjoy what life has to offer.
