Paul and I entered into the selling of our house after several failed attempts at reaching a satisfactory price with other agencies. It was a really refreshing experience to listen to Heidi say we could get this price but you would need to do exactly as the stylist said, which is what we did. The work we did on the house initially wasn't really up to standard so Heidi just calmly stated we needed to redo some of it if we wanted the price.
