Heidi was an excellent agent . Most agents when "selling a property" take buyers names , hand out copies of details and section 32 and thats about it. Heidi did more she arranged for us to have multiple inspections including one inspection in the evening ,dealt with any questions we had and provided the required information . We ended up paying more than our "final " price as a result of her efforts . She dealt with the contract negotiations with skill and tact . If you selling a property this is the Agent to use.
