Helen came to our initial meeting thoroughly prepared; she had a strategy supported by a portfolio that visually demonstrated the legislation, research & experiential evidence she applied to form her plan. The 3 other agents I interviewed did not do this. While doing her first tour of my property,  Helen was actively observant, taking notes & asking questions, identifying positive aspects I hadn't noticed. Helen also identified potential issues, & immediately started to brainstorm with me about these. The other 3 agents I interviewed did not do this; in fact, those agents didn't bring pen & paper or any means to make notes.
