Helen came to our initial meeting thoroughly prepared; she had a strategy supported by a portfolio that visually demonstrated the legislation, research & experiential evidence she applied to form her plan. The 3 other agents I interviewed did not do this. While doing her first tour of my property, Helen was actively observant, taking notes & asking questions, identifying positive aspects I hadn't noticed. Helen also identified potential issues, & immediately started to brainstorm with me about these. The other 3 agents I interviewed did not do this; in fact, those agents didn't bring pen & paper or any means to make notes. Helen ensured that she or her team members provided timely feedback about the viewings. My home sold within 10 days of going on the market, for a price I'm ecstatic about. This was an amazing achievement! During the cooling off period, Helen demonstrated committed & assertive negotiation skills to ensure the contract stayed on track & to keep my conveyancer updated.
