As first home buyers it can all be very daunting, new processes and terminology are thrown at you and you don’t know what to make of it. Helen took the time to make sure that we understood the process from start to finish. She thoroughly explained each step in the process and happily answered any questions we had. She was also very honest with us during the bidding process meaning we never had high hopes only to be let down. We also found Helen has great patience as we um’d and are’d about the property.
