Highly professional, yet personal.

I found Helen to be highly personable and professional, at times going beyond what I would expect, even after the sale was locked in. I can think of no aspect of the sale of my home that could have been done better. But, most important to me is that she gained my trust, in all aspects of the sale process, and there's no higher accolade.
