Helen was such a super star and really helped guide 2 clueless buyers through the entire process. She was transparent with our options, knew when to be patient and supportive vs when to jump in and help drive us to decisions. The entire experience with Helen felt very personable. Helen knows the area, the people and was even the conduit to the professionals who were able to quickly do the difficult pre-purchase inspections needed.
