We interviewed a few agents, but Helen impressed us immediately with her professionalism and her friendliness. Everything she organised was well thought out and terrific. Her commission rate was much lower than the others, but the quality of the advertising and care and attention to detail was fantastic. Her low commission didn’t mean less service. I felt Helen was very fair in her dealings with us and we were thrilled when we received an offer at full asking price at the first open home. She always followed things up and kept us informed.
