Helen Knight strikes the right balance between getting the best price and achieving a sale. Helen's communication is open and direct, so we always knew where things stood. She has a very good eye for presentation and presented our house at its best. Of particular note, Helen encouraged us to reject a low offer and hang in there for a better price which she went on to achieve for us. We ended up taking a lower offer than what Helen thought we could achieve, but that was because of our circumstances.
